TopicDrill has no open roles at the moment. We are always interested in hearing from CPAs and enrolled agents willing to review tax content, and from writers who can explain a rule precisely without padding.

Current openings

None right now. This page is kept up to date rather than left as a permanent invitation to a queue nobody reads.

What we are always interested in

Reviewers. CPAs and enrolled agents willing to check tax and payroll figures against primary sources before publication. This is paid, credited work, and your name goes on the pages you review.

Writers. People who can explain a rule precisely, in plain language, without padding it to hit a word count. If you have written about tax or payroll and can point to a piece where you got a hard thing exactly right, we want to see it.

What we do not want

Content mills. Bulk AI output. Anyone whose sample is 2,000 words of preamble around a single fact.

How to reach us

Through the contact page, with a link to something you have written or a summary of your credential. No cover letter needed.

Every figure on this page is attributed to a named source with the date it took effect. Our reviewers check them against the primary source before publication.

Experience

We publish nothing without a source. Every rate, threshold and limit on this site is attributed to the IRS, the SSA, the Department of Labor or a state revenue department, with the date that figure took effect recorded alongside it.

When a source republishes, the figure is re-checked and the page's updated date moves. Where a number is disputed or varies by locality, we say so on the page rather than picking one and hoping.
